Aidmatrix - FEMA Program Moving Swiftly Across America

September welcomed Mississippi and Minnesota as the newest states signing up to implement the FEMA Donations Management Program. They join Alabama, Arizona, Louisiana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Texas and Virginia. With another 10 states in the enrollment stage, the number of States targeting inclusion in the program totals 21 - showing a positive reception throughout the country. Aidmatrix named sole Nonprofit of Seven finalists for Supply Chain Award

Aidmatrix is one of seven finalists for the 2007 Innovation Award for industry leaders as announced by The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Aidmatrix submitted a case study of its supply-chain solution, FreeClinicLink™. It connects discounted/donated medicines and supplies with affiliates in the National Association of Free Clinics, who support the 45 million uninsured in the U.S. Nationally, the program has mobilized  more than $40 million worth of goods. "We are the only nonprofit finalist and are extremely proud of our efforts on behalf of those we serve," said Governor Scott McCallum, Aidmatrix President and CEO. The winner will be announced at the CSCMP Annual Conference, October 21-24. Other finalists include: Bakers Footwear, John Deere and SmartOps, Kraft, Liquor Control Board of Ontario, Motorola and OceanSchedules.com.
European Advisory Board holds Aidmatrix Meeting\u003cbr /\>Aidmatrix has a growing presence in the UK and the Advisory Board continues to expand in projects and partners in Europe. The two newest Advisors include Aimie Smith Chappel, an Accenture-Germany Partner. She said "Accenture has been a strong supporter for Aidmatrix for several years. I am pleased to be able to play a personal role in their European operations." Another Advisor joining the group is Sarah Sherman Lafferty, Managing Director Europe for The Hoffman Agency, who said, "I\'m impressed with what Aidmatrix has achieved and excited to help their expansion in Europe." The most recent meeting was in London on September 5. Aidmatrix President & CEO Scott McCallum and Shari Temple, Managing Director for Aidmatrix Europe both attended the quarterly meeting. "Our Board helps us take major strides to connect corporations and nonprofit organizations with Aidmatrix and its solution capabilities for humanitarian needs," said Temple.
